The architecture is defined by crisp white volumes, expansive sheltered spaces, and distinctive terracotta Jali screens that introduce warmth, texture, and filtered light into the composition. Natural stone retaining walls, landscaped courts, and green-lined paving further strengthen the relationship between the built form and its tropical setting.
