Shihab Villa, located in Vypin, Kochi, is a contemporary 2000-square-foot, 4-bedroom residence that combines clean architectural geometry with warm material expressions. The house is defined by a strong rectangular frame that creates a distinctive façade while giving depth and character to the overall composition. White architectural surfaces are complemented by exposed brick walls, terracotta Jali screens, dark metal railings, and warm wooden elements, creating a balanced contrast between modern simplicity and natural textures. The carefully positioned openings and semi-open spaces allow ample natural light and ventilation while establishing a visual connection between the interiors and the surrounding greenery. The landscaped entrance and grass-lined paving further soften the structured geometry, creating a welcoming transition between the street and the home.

The Gzebo, located in the serene town of Kochi, is a thoughtfully designed 3170-square-foot, two story residence created for Mr. Shaji Ummer and his family. With four spacious bedrooms, each accompanied by an attached bathroom, the home is planned to provide privacy, comfort, and functional convenience for its residents. The architectural character is defined by a clean contemporary vocabulary, expressed through crisp white volumes, expansive glass openings, slender columns, and carefully composed horizontal and vertical elements. The defining feature of the residence is its distinctive floating gazebo, with its graceful curved form and projecting profile adding a sculptural quality to the façade. Generous balconies, deep overhangs, and open semi-outdoor spaces further strengthen the connection between the interiors and the lush tropical surroundings, creating a home that feels open, light, and naturally connected to its environment.
