Spanning 2060 square feet across two floors, the home is designed for Mr. Nandhakumar and his family, offering four spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms to ensure comfort and privacy. The architectural expression is defined by a clean, box-like form framed in crisp white, complemented by dark cement-textured surfaces and warm wood-finished elements. Expansive glass openings and a generous upper-level balcony bring abundant natural light and ventilation into the interiors while creating a strong visual connection with the outdoors.
