The two-storey structure is defined by its sloped roof, a classic feature well-suited to Kerala’s climate, offering natural cooling and rainwater efficiency.

The front elevation is distinguished by two large arch windows that create a sense of openness while adding a graceful architectural character. These arches, combined with finely detailed jali work, invite filtered light into the interior spaces and promote cross-ventilation, enhancing the tropical living experience. The home includes four well-proportioned bedrooms, three of which come with attached bathrooms, ensuring both comfort and privacy.
