5th Avenue, Palakkad is a 40,000 square foot commercial development comprising five floors with an underground parking facility. For this project, RAD was responsible for the structural design, focusing on developing a safe, efficient, and robust structural system that responds to the scale and functional requirements of the building. The structure was carefully planned to accommodate the multiple levels and underground parking while maintaining flexibility for the architectural and commercial spaces above. The project reflects a coordinated approach between structural performance, spatial efficiency, and the overall architectural vision, creating a strong and reliable framework for a contemporary urban development.
