The front elevation is characterized by rubble stone cladding, offering a rustic texture that grounds the structure in its natural surroundings. Complementing this is the use of jali work—perforated screens that not only add intricate visual interest but also facilitate natural ventilation and light diffusion, enhancing the home's passive cooling strategy.

A prominent sloped roof crowns the residence, a nod to traditional tropical architecture, effectively channeling rainwater and providing shade to reduce heat gain.
