Set in the thriving city of Coimbatore, this 1928 sq. ft. residence designed for Mr. Rizwan is a contemporary architectural statement that fuses industrial design elements with nature-inspired touches. The overall form is defined by a boxy massing and flat roof, staying true to the principles of modern contemporary architecture.

The front elevation is thoughtfully crafted with extensive tile cladding, creating a bold and refined look. Louver panel work on the façade adds both visual rhythm and functionality, enhancing ventilation while maintaining privacy. The industrial-style car porch anchors the structure, offering both utility and a distinctive urban edge.

Natural elements play a key role in the aesthetic, with hanging creepers softening the structure and creating a connection to the outdoors. A spiral staircase provides a sculptural vertical link to the second floor, blending utility with design flair. The patio roof features delicate jali work, allowing filtered light and air to flow through the space while adding a layer of architectural intricacy.
